Family Home: Rosemont

So much detail to love in this kitchen, dining and master bath remodel! From the classic elements of the custom cabinetry to the gorgeous, punchy fabrics and wallcoverings used. No element feels expected. It’s hard to imagine the kitchen without the brilliant yellow or the bathroom without the soft ice-y blue against that hot red/pink!

In the kitchen the classic core of the white cabinetry and green-grey island are offset by the gorgeous stone quatrefoil-esque backsplash tile. Simple but more industrial-feeling pendant lights and curvy details on the crisp white leather counter stools. The hints of yellow in the funky two-tone dining chairs and window treatments in the adjacent dining area help add a fun-factor that really delivers. Thus,  allowing the client to play up the art selections and styling details in the space overall.

This bathroom offers a more detailed basket-weave mosaic stone floor. The incredible floral wallcovering in the most unexpected color combination! The  gorgeous mix of metals in the mirror, sconces and hardware pull everything together. The textured, large-format shower tile is a fun peek-a-boo. Thus,  helping designate the shower space and give a clean visual against the use of patterns.  Utilizing the free-standing piece of furniture as a vanity, we were able to dedicate an area for the client’s day-to-day makeup routine.
