Often challenged with adding depth and warmth to a bathroom design (because you know, things have to be functional – so fabrics take a second seat!) this space is a perfect example of how the simplest balance of color, scale, and shape can sing in the best ways! While the pendant light is a perfect shape and scale, the tangerine color of the glass is an unexpected but perfect place for the eye to rest. The stone counter-top that dips to also act as the sink keeps the vanity top more modern feeling, but not so much so that the dark stained walnut cabinetry feels out of place. And have we mentioned how important good art is to completing the design of a space?! A powder bath that feels collected and clean all at once!
