Okay, working through the Trello download and LOVING IT SO FAR! I’ve gone through all my existing boards and updated those, added the powerups and will continue to add and update my company procedures into it!I love the contractor and client communication – I think for our next call I’ll have a few questions but loving that I can visually track everything here. I’m also thinking I’ll be able to eliminate Design Manager by fully integrating Trello into our everyday procedures – which will save me close to $100 every month for two users!Happy Saturday!
Hi Cheryl,Thank you for the info. I'm so impressed with the info and I appreciate you offering your document templates. When I saw the post on Facebook page about the Drawing Standards booklet for purchase, I immediately checked out the document and then perused all the others and bought everything available, especially after I realized this was from you and your business! (I didn't know at first) There are a few industry leaders I really pay attention to and you are top of my list! Thank you for all your excellent business advice. You are one smart lady!
Cheryl- Your drawing standards pdf is a game changer. I had mine printed and bound for the studio for my little team. It’s been hard getting new hires from totally different backgrounds to understand the gap between school and real life and you basically gave me an SOP and on boarding manual. For cheap, too!! Thank you
This is the place where answers can be found for quick, yet important, questions, for in-depth answers on every aspect of the design business and to gather feedback from engaged and experienced design professionals. With Cheryl at the helm, the spirit of the community is open-minded, honest, supportive, dedicated to finding solutions to important issues, with an overlay of positivity and fun. You want honest feedback? Can you handle it? This is a no-judgment, no criticism, plainspoken, all support zone.
I met Cheryl through another design group and immediately felt a connection with her 'tell-it-like-it-is speak'. I connected with her no-nonsense logic, her approach to different issues and her quirky sense of humor. Her generosity in sharing real-life brick and mortar business issues and strategies, her heartfelt sense of wanting us all to succeed, in whatever way that is, and her marketing tactics and graphics are first rate. She is genuine, full of actionable ideas and a firecracker and I am happy to be a part of her/this tribe. I have learned a lot from being a member of this group and always look forward to posts on this page. Keep up the good work Cheryl! Love you for it ❣️
I’m so happy to have found this group!! So many topics come up that are relevant to running a business, with a main focus on blind spots such as visibility, processes and marketing. All this served up on a platter of unflinching honesty, courtesy of Cheryl! It’s an amazing group of professionals whose common goal is to Think Big!
