I’m a bit newer in the design industry, especially in the eyes of vendors. In the case with a fair amount of those vendors, the minimum for opening orders can be significant, especially for the volume we do. Up to this point I’ve had to be very careful and selective with the accounts I’ve opened because we’ve been unable to meet those minimums. Cheryl and Libby opened their arms to our team upon opening a Designer Partnership account with them. We’ve now placed a few orders, with more in the near future, and I have to say, they have been truly amazing. Far better than even some vendors we work with! Libby was up front, prompt in communication, answered all questions about pricing, freight, even helped with a few rounds of fabric re-selects from our client! Most vendors I’ve worked with won’t follow up after delivery, but Libby reached out on the expected delivery date to ensure all product were received and in good condition. I’m looking forward to our next order with them because I know my fiduciary responsibility to my client will be in good hands and the process will run as smoothly as possible with them at the helm.
